Round 1 - Lakeside - Race 3

Sunday morning race 3 and the no.11 Firebird of John English was just to fast for Ian Palmer to seriously challenge in the no.20 Firebird. Anthony Tenkate coming in 3rd in the no.69 Mustang with Chris LaRosa finishing out the top 4 in the Get Chopped 6 Litre class.

The Blaze Batteries 5 Litre class had some awesome close racing no.22 Mike Collins, no.66 Gareth Jones and no.35 Tricia Chant battling throughout the race all the while the group slowly falling away from the fast no.21 Mustang of Ron Prefontaine who was in a class of his own taking the 5 Litre win with Mike Collins 2nd and Gareth Jones 3rd in class.
