Sean English

Sean started racing in 1994 @ Lakeside in the Qld Gemini Series till 1997. Upon purchasing a 2Ltr Ford Escort MK1 to compete in the 1998 2Ltr Sport Sedan series, Sean tied 1st in the championship for the year.

In 2000, Sean started racing the original Monterosso MK1 Ford Escort Sport Sedan space frame car which was powered by a 13b Rotary. Sean raced this untill 2003 and held the up to 3Ltr sport Sedan lap record at QR 1:16.9sec.

After a 10 year break from racing, Sean was invited in 2013 to drive in the TransAm Series in the no.72 Camaro where finished 3rd outright at his 1st meeting back. Sean loved it so much that he raced in the Camaro in the 2014 series and ended up 3rd outright in the championship.

In 2015 series, Sean raced a 5Ltr Mustang in which he won the 5Ltr series and was 2nd in the 5Ltr in 2016.

Twenty Nineteen saw Sean make a comeback in his Dad's Blue Ford Mustang, finishing 3rd in the championship.

As of 2022, Sean has only competed in 1 round but is looking forward to competing in the full series next year in 2023.
